Each month you will receive guidelines on the preferred posting schedule. For each post, you need to tag @gulforchid.perfumes and the specific brand of each perfume, whether it’s @matinmartin_fragrances or @maisonasrar_fragrances. This is necessary for us to track the videos.

GUIDELINES AND ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility:Videos created for rewards must exclusively feature our products (Matin Martin, Maison Asrar, or Gulf Orchid). Including other brands or competing products in these videos will disqualify them from rewards consideration. However, we will evaluate videos featuring other brands as additional effort for influencers who do not achieve the required views for consideration.

Exclusivity Requirement: Videos created for rewards must exclusively feature Gulf Orchid Perfumes products. You can mention that it's a dube or a twist of commercial brands (if applies).
View Requirements: For vouchers, views must range from 50k to 500k. For 500k views, there is no strict deadline; however, to be invited to our Yacht Party, the views should be accumulated by October 15th. For 1 million views, the views should be accumulated by September 30th, so we can arrange everything before the exhibition. If 1 million views seems too much and you are still eager to join the Dubai trip, we do consider really hard and dedicated content creators who put significant effort into their videos. We will evaluate and consider passionate influencers for this ultimate reward.
Entries: Entries are not limited, so feel free to continue creating and sharing as much content to unlock even more rewards.
Bonuses: Reviewing our products on Fragrantica will add extra points on to your efforts to gaining more considerations to the rewards.

What happens if I reach the milestone after the deadline?

To qualify for the Dubai trip and Yacht Party, milestones must be reached by the specified deadlines. Achievements after these dates are greatly appreciated and may qualify for other rewards, but cannot guarantee inclusion in the main events.

Can I submit more than one video to qualify for the rewards?

While you can submit multiple videos, only the views from a single video will count towards each milestone. Choose your best content to promote!

How will I know if I’ve won a reward?

Winners will be notified via email or phone call using the contact information provided. Ensure your contact details are up to date in our system.

What does the all-expenses-paid trip include?

The trip includes round-trip flights, hotel accommodations, event tickets, and some meals. Specific details will be provided to winners well in advance of the trip.

What if I don't like the fragrance?

Totally understandable, as fragrances are quite subjective, and we only we want you to share genuine feelings with your audience, so please check the notes and olfactive family of each fragrances before opening, if you don't like let us know so we know your preferences.
