🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Gulf Orchid Perfume, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

📦 1. Returns

  • You have the right to return products within 7 days of receiving them.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging and condition.
  • We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.

📧 2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at assistance@gulforchid.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

🚫 3. International Orders

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders due to shipping restrictions.
  • This applies to all products, even if unopened.
  • No refunds or replacements are available for used or opened products.

🚚 4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • If you cancel after the order is shipped, shipping and return costs are deducted from your refund.
  • Only the cost of standard delivery is refundable. Extra charges for express shipping are non-refundable.

💰 5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return shipment.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • If you paid using a voucher or store credit, refunds may be issued in the same form.
  • If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, a deduction may apply.

🔄 6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.
  • If an order has already been fulfilled or dispatched, cancellation is possible, but shipping and return charges will apply.

🛠️ 7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
