Shipping Policy

⏳ Order Processing

We work hard to process your orders quickly! All orders are handled Monday to Saturday and dispatched within 2 hours of receipt.

  • For deliveries within the UAE:
    • Orders placed before 2 PM will arrive the next day 📦
    • Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered within 2 days ⏰

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey. ✉️

🌍 International Shipping (Outside UAE)

At Gulf Orchid, we ensure a smooth and efficient shipping experience for customers worldwide.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Same-Day Shipping: All international orders are processed and shipped on the same day of purchase.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your shipment.
  • Returns: Due to international shipping limitations, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement.
  • Customs Duty: Some countries, especially within the GCC such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait may require customs verification. Additional duties or charges may apply and must be paid by the recipient.

Based on our shipping data, estimated delivery times for international orders are as follows (calculated in working days, excluding weekends and public holidays):

  • United Kingdom, Germany, France, Egypt, Bahrain: 5–10 days

  • Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia: 5–8 days

  • Qatar: 2–4 days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

🏠 Delivery Address Responsibility

Please provide a complete and accurate address for smooth delivery. We may contact you if your address seems incomplete.

Important:

  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be retrieved or replaced ❌.
  • We do not offer free reshipment for lost or undelivered orders caused by incorrect delivery details.

📦 Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned to us undelivered, you will be responsible for the full cost of reshipping.
