I recently purchased the Cotton Candy perfume from Gulf Orchid, and while I had high expectations, my overall experience was disappointing. First, the delivery was delayed by a full week, which was frustrating. I also tried to follow up with customer service but did not receive any response, which made the situation worse. Additionally, I was expecting a free sample as advertised on the website, but none was included in my order. The 10% discount promotion also felt misleading—when I applied the code, the final amount actually became higher than expected, which was confusing and disappointing. On a positive note, the scent itself is pleasant, but the overall service and purchasing experience did not meet my expectations. I hope they can improve their customer service, delivery timelines, and transparency with promotions in the future.
